(i) Category and duration of equivalent experience
Category I Expert with at least 12 years of experience in the Quality Assurance aspects of Higher Education sector
At least a Master's Degree in Education or Social Sciences or Development Studies or a related field, or in its absence, at least 14 years professional experience in the related field.
(iii) General Experience
- At least 12 years working experience in the Quality Assurance aspects of Higher Education sector, along with experience at middle to senior management level. Must be able to use ICT in the performance of his/her duties.
- At least 3 years working experience in facilitating participatory process and consensus building with stakeholders.
(iv) Specific Experience
Has carried out at least 3 action plans for quality assurance in the Higher Education sector and has been involved in the monitoring and evaluation of at least one such action plan.
(v) Language skills
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of French is an advantage but not a requirement.
