(i) Qualifications and skills
- At least a Bachelor Degree in economics, social sciences, sociology, public administration, finance, political sciences, law, business administration or equivalent or other related to this contract; or equivalent professional years of experience in the field (minimum 3 additional years to the number of years of experience);
- Fluent in English; Fluency Arabic is an asset
(ii) General professional experience
- At least 6 years of related professional experience (in development cooperation, evaluations, social protection)
(iii) Specific professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the areas related to Lot 4- Human Development and Safety net area 5) Social Inclusion and Protection
- Wide professional experience in the evaluation or management of projects dealing with social protection.
- At least two work experiences in projects dealing with social policy institutions and their management.
