Education:
- A Bachelors degree of four years or more, attested by a diploma. In case of a lower level diploma, 5 years of relevant experience should be added to the General Professional Experience required for the position.
General Professional Experience:
- 12 years of relevant experience in the sectors of Lot 4.
Specific Professional Experience:
- Experience in the education sector, especially in basic / primary education within a department / organization in charge of this field as a technical assistant, as a contractor or within a national framework;
- Experience in the education sector, especially in basic / primary education within a project of cooperation / development as a Team Leader or component leader;
- Experience in the identification and formulation and development of projects, particularly in the field of education;
- Experience in projects’ evaluation, especially in the field of education;
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of the European Commission.
- Knowledge of the Malian context would be an asset.
Languages:
- Perfect command of French in writing and speaking.
