Qualification and Skills:
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the Paraguayan public sector in particular in the definition and coordination of social policies and in particular in social protection systems.
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation of social policies and programs.
- Fluent in Spanish; Good knowledge of English
