(i) Category and duration of equivalent experience
Category 1 Expert with a minimum 12 years of general work experience in communication strategies and implementation plans, public relations, journalism or other relevant fields.
(ii) Education
Hold a university degree in a relevant field (for instance communication, journalism, publication / visibility).
Excellent English language skills both oral and written.
(iii) Experience
Experience in design and implementation of communication and visibility actions in the context of EU funded aid modalities (preparation of tender and grants projects, ToR etc.).
Experience in social projects communication.
Experience in the area of communication in developing countries.
Experience in design and implementation of awareness campaigns.
(iv) Language skills
Fluency in English: excellent communication and writing skills (copies of recent reports may be requested).
