ANCE is looking for Senior experts with experience in one or more of the following fields:
- Private financing schemes in the education sector
- Design, development and implementation of small/medium scale infrastructure and/or infrastructure refurbishment projects in the education sector
- Experience in PPP market research and/or market sounding
- Analysis of legal documents and desk reviews
- Drafting of analytical documents/studies/ PPP actions plans and/or PPP strategies
- Needs assessment, design and implementation of trainings and study visits for PPP capacity building activities
- Institutional schemes for private participation in the education sector
- Design and implementation of PPP Feasibility Studies in education sector
Previous experience in the above fields gained in Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and/or Central Asia region is preferred.
