A very successful two day networking workshop between Greek and Turkish NGOs was organized by ANCE in the framework of the project "Migration Network for Asylum seekers and Refugees in Europe and Turkey" at Europe Direct City of Athens on 25 and 26 May 2016. The aim of the workshop was to strengthen civil society cooperation between the two countries in order to address the phenomenon of migration and the refugee crisis. Representatives of Greek and Turkish NGOs presented their organizations, activities and projects for the promotion of the rights and the provision of support to migrants and refugees / asylum seekers. A very constructive dialogue took place among the participants on the following topics: "Europe, migration flows and the refugee issue", "Greece - Turkey. Immigrant, refugee crisis and Civil Society "and" The social integration of migrants, asylum seekers, refugees and Civil Society
