Evaluation Team Cumulative Experience
The evaluation team shall have a cumulative experience of at least 5 years in the area of evaluation; a sound practice of development interventions in the sector of health, building infrastructure and procurement of complex equipment. The evaluation team shall have experience in the evaluation of development cooperation project/programmes funded by the European Union for third countries
Minimum Requirements of the Team
- Each member shall possess a university degree completed at minimum Master level or equivalent
- At least one member of the team shall possess a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering related to building construction
- The Team Leader shall have proven experience in the evaluation of development cooperation projects/Programmes
- All members of the team shall be fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
