Minimum requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Public Finance Management, particularly in project evaluation;
- Solid experience in sub-Saharan Africa;
- Fluency in French is required.
Specific skills
- Solid knowledge in public finance in particular in the social sectors and analysis of the consideration of these issues
