Minimum requirements for the team
- Advanced level of education (BAC + 5 or equivalent) in Education Sciences or equivalent field;
- Ten (10) cumulative experiences in evaluation of development projects / programs - including at least half in education projects
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of cooperation in support of education systems;
- At least one member of the team should have training and / or specific experience of 3 years in the implementation of the school map and / or statistical information and educational management systems
Other requirements for the team
- Good knowledge of EU evaluation methods applied to cooperation actions (proven by a diploma or experience in the field);
- A solid overall experience in the evaluation of educational projects (at least 5 projects) in developing countries and in particular in sub-Saharan Africa;
- Good knowledge of EDF procedures;
- Good synthesis and communication skills (confirmed by a diploma or experience in the field);
- Skills in sociological approaches (confirmed by a diploma or experience in the field) would be an added value
Language skills:
- A good level of French (at least B2) is required for the CAT I expert
