Requirements:
Qualifications and skills required:
- Master degree in a domain relevant to the assignment (Health, Pharmaceuticals, Law) or, in its absence, a Bachelor Degree and additional equivalent professional experience of at least 2 years in a domain relevant to the assignment.
General professional experience:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Pharamxeuticals sector, specific experience with National Regulation Authorities or/and WHO GBT assessments would be an asset.
Specific professional experience:
- Prior experience as an expert undertaking institutional assessments/capacity reviews would be an asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Twinning instrument procedures financed by the EU in the framework of its external cooperation.
Language skills:
- Excellent English working language skills.
- Working knowledge of Arabic will be an asset.
