Purchase services for Website development
ANCE invites IT companies/individuals to submit their offers together with a technical description for undertaking the website construction and maintenance for the EU-funded action “EQUAL – Together we Stand for Gender Equality”. This should be according to the specific Terms of Reference that will be sent to the interested parties/companies upon request.

The cost for this service is up to 3.500 EUR.
Requested Qualification and Experience for IT experts
Natural or legal persons should meet the following criteria in order to be eligible to submit their offers:
Qualifications & Skills
- A Master Degree in computer, information science or a relevant field is required;
- Proven problem-solving skills.
Professional Experience
- At least 10 years of professional experience in website development (additional asset the experience of websites for EU-funded projects);
- Strong experience in developing projects’ website in well-known and widely used open source platforms, such as WordPress, etc.
- Experienced in diagnosing technical problems and developing solutions for them;
- Proven experience in the administration of websites and provision of support;
- Solid knowledge on website security and website hosting service.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO etc.
Language skills
- Proficient knowledge of spoken and written English language.
