ANCE is going through a constructive period of reorganisation and development, thanks also to the funding it receives from the Active Citizens Funds programme of the EEA grants and the implementation of the project “Strengthening the organisational capacities of ANCE". This funding offers ANCE the opportunity to make beneficial changes and implement significant improvements to its operations, staff and work. In particular, the organisation will, over the next eight months, strengthen its staff by recruiting new qualified staff, enrich its operational programmes by purchasing specific software, renew its corporate image and improve its communication, develop a quality assurance system and obtain ISO certification, etc. These actions will enable ANCE to upgrade the level of its activities, streamline its processes and provide even greater value to the work it delivers, the target groups it supports and its stakeholders. The future looks promising, with ANCE drawing strength from these developments, steadily walking the path it has charted in recent years towards claiming a leading role in its field.
