Requirements:
Qualifications and skills required:
- University degree in Social Sciences or equivalent field
General Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in R&D/Science Support and Innovation Sector related fields (at least 3 years/ cumulative at least 10)
Specific Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in programme/project evaluation
- Experience in at least three evaluations done according to DAC criteria in relation to R&D or Science support or Innovation sector related fields
- Professional experience in Western Balkans region – local expert preferred
Language Skills
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken
