Open Call for Youth Workers: Training of Trainers (ToT) on Environmental Advocacy

Are you a passionate youth worker eager to promote environmental education and make a lasting impact in your community? We're inviting dedicated youth workers from Albania, Greece, Montenegro, and Italy to participate in a Training of Trainers (ToT) on Environmental Understanding, Action, and Reflection (EUAR) methods.

Where: Durres, Albania

Organized by: Beyond Barriers Association (BBA), Albania, in partnership with ANCE (Greece), Montenegrin Ecologists Society (MES), The Door (TDO), and TDM2000 International.

Target Group: Youth Workers with at least 2 years of experience in civil society/NGOs.

 

Why You Should Join:

This ToT is part of the Youth-CARE project, aimed at empowering youth workers to engage young people in environmental protection using the EUAR toolkit and non-formal education methods. The goal is to build your capacity to lead and inspire others, fostering a multiplier effect that will benefit your local communities and beyond.

 

What to Expect:

- 6 days of in-person training focused on environmental advocacy and NFE methods.

- Learn how to integrate environmental protection into your youth work.

- Become an ambassador for the EUAR methods, applying and multiplying the impact in your own community.

- Participate in follow-up national and local capacity-building activities (CBAs).

 

Participant Requirements:

- Age: 18+

- Experience: Minimum 2 years working with young people in the civil society sector.

- Language: Proficient in English.

- Interest: Passionate about environmental issues and advocacy.

- Commitment: Dedication to applying and disseminating the EUAR methods in your community.
