We are excited to announce that ANCE is the leader of one of the winning consortia under the European Commission’s Framework Contract for the implementation of external aid 2018 (SIEA 2018) under Lot 4: Human Development & Safety Net!
The objective of the FWC SIEA 2018 is to provide expertise via individual assignments within short notice!
The expertise may cover any of the following sectors: Education, Vocational Education and Training, Lifelong learning, Culture, Social Inclusion and Protection, Health, Research & Innovation.
The Consortium led by ANCE includes 16 well known consulting companies, universities as well as NGOs including: the Family and Childcare Centre- KMOP (GR), Action Against Hunger (ES), Pinto Consulting GmbH (DE), Cambridge Assessment English (part of the University of Cambridge), DMI Associates (FR), EGIS International (FR), Pinto Luvent GmbH (DE), Pearson Education Ltd (UK), Schuman Associates (BE), I&D (FR), JCP Srl (IT), Emercon Ltd (IE), BYS Grup (TR), CESTAS (IT) and Fundacion TECNALIA Research & Innovation (ES).
The indicative budget of the Lot is EUR 73 million and will run for 2 years with a possible extension of another 24 months.
It covers all geographic areas outside the EU receiving external aid from the EU, including pre-accession countries, the NIS, the Mediterranean, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean and Pacific, etc.
