(i) Category and duration of equivalent experience
Category I Expert with at least 10 years of experience in financial management, revenue generation or accounting for Higher Education Institutions
(ii) Education
At least a Master's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field, or in its absence, at least 12 years professional experience in the related field.
(iii) General experience
At least 10 years working experience in the management and allocation of funds to Higher Education Institutions. Must be able to use ICT in the performance of his/her duties.
(iv) Specific Experience
At least 3 practical assignments involving performance-based approaches to funding Higher Education.
(v) Language skills
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of French is an advantage but not a requirement.
