(i) Qualification and Skills:
Minimum requirements:
- Advanced University degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in economics, health, education, water and sanitation or any other closely related subject.
Preferred requirements:
- PhD degree
(ii) General Professional Experience:
Minimum requirements:
- At least 12 years of successful international working experience in the development of education-, health- and/or water and sanitation sector
(iii) Specific Professional Experience:
Minimum requirements:
- Profound working experience with evaluating national- or sector-level strategies and investment plans in the education-, health- and/or water and sanitation sectors.
Preferred requirements:
- Profound knowledge of the education-, health- and/or water and sanitation sectors in Ugand
(iv) Language Skills:
Excellent English communication and writing skills (C-2 level proficiency).
