Requirements:
Qualifications and skills required:
- Higher education diploma at Masters level (bac +5) in human and social sciences or any other relevant field. In the absence of a relevant diploma, professional experience of at least 15 years will be required.
General professional experience
- At least 12 years of experience in the design and / or implementation of public policy related to youth.
Specific professional experience
- At least one relevant experience in the design and / or implementation and / or monitoring-evaluation of projects / programs on youth issues in Morocco
- Knowledge of the youth sector in Morocco will be an asset
Language skills
- Proficiency in French (writing, speaking, reading)
- Very good command of the spoken and written Arabic language will be an asset.
