Requirements:
Qualifications and skills required:
- Post-Graduate degree in relevant sectors.
General professional experience:
- At least 6 years' experience in project management or implementation and contract evaluation
Team’s Minimum Specific Professional Experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in project evaluations & monitoring and participation in at least one evaluation data gathering, analysis and report writing
- Experience in EU implementation rules/constraints and particularly the Project Cycle Management concept (evaluation
- procedures and formats, including the Logical Framework Approach)
- Knowledge of the Educational Environment of Azerbaijan is an advantage
Language skills:
- Knowledge of English and Local languages
