Qualifications and skills
- The Key Expert 3 should have at least a Master's Degree Academic level in areas relevant to the study. In the absence of a Master’s Degree, an equivalent professional experience of at least 4 years in addition to the general professional experience specified below is required.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Working level of Russian will be considered an advantage
- Computer literacy and good report writing skills
General professional experience
At least 3 years of experience in the field of events management
Specific professional experience
- Proven experience in international cooperation projects / programmes in the ENI East countries
- Experience in cultural and creative industries.
