One Category II Expert is required:
- At least 6 years professional experience in project evaluations
- At least 6 EU funded project evaluations performed
- At least 5 evaluations performed on public health projects
- At least 5 evaluations performed in developing countries in the ACP region
Additional requirements of the team:
- Professional experience in the Caribbean will be considered an advantage
- Professional experience with EDF procedures will be considered an advantage
Language skills:
English: the expert shall possess level 1 expertise
