Requirements:
Qualifications and skills required:
- University degree in Social Sciences or equivalent field
General Professional Experience:
- At least 6 years (at least 10 cumulative) of proven experience in R&D and/or Science support and/or Innovation Sector related fields
- Cumulative experience of at least 3 years in the area of evaluation
- Cumulative of at least 3 successfully completed intervention-level evaluations done in according to DAC criteria in the area of science and innovation field
Specific Professional Experience:
- Experience evaluating projects/programmes as a TL
- Professional experience in Western Balkans region would be considered as advantage
Language Skills
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken
