(i)Qualifications and Skills
- Required: At least Master's Degree Academic level, preferably in health or economy or sociology
- Preferred: PhD preferably in health or economy or sociology
(ii)Professional Experience:
- Required: At least 1 experience as Team Leader
- Required: At least 2 experiences in evaluating health interventions
- Preferred: Experience with European Union funding instruments
- Preferred: Experience with Budget Support funding
- Preferred: Experience of Universal Health Coverage
(iii)Language Skills:
- English: shall possesses a level C2 expertise
- Other South African National Languages: the knowledge of 1 South African language is an advantage
