(i)Qualifications and Skills
- A Masters degree or post graduate degree in Health Policy and Planning, Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation or a related field with at least 6 years’ experience
- Facilitation skills
(ii) Specific Professional Experience:
- A least 6 years experience in the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems (working at a planning or policy level of healthcare delivery in public sector environment, regional or international agency would be an asset).
- Demonstrated experience in establishment and support of M&E systems in a small island developing states, preferably Caribbean territories
(iii) General Professional Experience:
Knowledge of Project Cycle Management, Results Based Management
(iv)Language Skills:
An excellent command of English Language is required, the expert must be fluent in oral and written English and should have the ability to write logical, clear and concise technical reports.
