(i)Qualifications & Skills
He or she must have:
- A university degree bac +5 at least in economics, finance, management and development management or other relevant fields;
- good knowledge of management of cultural projects.
(ii) General Experience
At least 6 years of professional experience related to the mission (experience in technical assistance in financial management of development projects; experience in the cultural field would be an asset).
(iii)Specific Experience
- have at least 6 years of practical experience in financial and contractual management of development projects
- Have at least one project experience in the cultural field by implementing a grant contract of the European Union
- Good knowledge of contractual procedures, financial and accounting of projects / programs financed by EDF, in particular grant contracts and calls for proposals
- Have experience related to the profile expected in Burkina Faso will be considered an asset.
(iv) Language skills
An excellent command of written and spoken French
