Qualifications and skills required:
- University diplomas / higher studies (Bac +5) in Law
- Very good practice of Windows, Word, Excel, teleworking tools
- Excellent communication skills, allowing dialogue both with technicians, base agents and senior managers of at least two experts
- Excellent ability to writing and analysis
General professional experience:
- at least 3 years of experience as lawyer
- 1 expert shall have at least 3 years of experience in defining, supervising and respecting TVET norms and standards
Specific professional experience
- At least two of the experts should have carried out a similar mission in the field of TVET sector development
- At least two experts should have had professional experience in diverse cultural environments
- At least one expert should have piloted field surveys in the economic fields and / or in the field of vocational training
- A perfect command of spoken, read and written French
- Experience of one of the experts as an expert of the PEFOP / IIPE of Dakar or the Paris headquarters, the African Center for Higher Studies in Management (CESAG) of the Center for Strategic Studies and Prospective (CEPS) would be an advantage
