Requirements:
Qualifications and skills required for the team:
- The team of experts should have a master degree in Business or Public Administration, Economics, Education, Law, or Social Sciences.
General professional experience of the team:
- The team should have proven experience in conducting strategic evaluations in the TVET/education sector notably in post-crisis/fragile countries.
- Previous assignments in the TVET/education sector in Iraq is an asset.
Specific professional experience of the team:
- A proven experience of evaluation of programmes.
- Proven experience in fragile context.
- Previous experience in conducting evaluations for EU institutions.
Language skills of the team:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good Knowledge of Arabic.
