In the framework of the running project entitled: “Fostering employability and entrepreneurship for Egyptian youth and women in the Tourism sector” (Grant Contract Number: ENPI/2016/381-111), ANCE is seeking for a capacity building Expert.
The expert will be involved in the project’s activity 2: Design and implementation of capacity building and vocational training programs.
He/she will coordinate the capacity building and training activities at local level, and he/she will provide input to the capacity building programmes.
The duration of this assignment is 9 months unless there will be any modification of the activity’s duration after consultation with the Contracting Authority.
The place of assignment is Greece and Egypt.
- Qualifications & Skills
Expert should:
- hold a Master degree
- have writing skills along with good communication skill, adaptability and social awareness
(ii) General Experience
- At least 15 years solid and diversified experience of working in the area of skills development and human resource development/ economic development, TVET, Tourism and social economy
(iii) Specific Experience
- At least 6 years in capacity building
- At least 12 years in facilitation, teaching and coaching
- At least 8 years in training needs analysis and curriculum
- International experience
