(i) Qualifications & Skills
- At least Master Degree in the field of economics, business administration, public administration or any other relevant discipline or equivalent professional years of experience in the field (minimum 3 additional years to the number of years of experience)
- Fluent in English; Knowledge of Arabic is an asset
(ii) General professional Experience
- At least 12 years of related professional experience (in development cooperation, evaluations, social protection)
(iii) Specific experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the areas related to Lot 4- Human Development and Safety net area 5) Social Inclusion and Protection
- Wide professional experience in the evaluation or management of projects dealing with social protection.
- At least two work experiences in projects dealing with social policy institutions and their management.
- Experience as a Team leader in at least 1 evaluation project is required
