As we approach the completion of the project "Strengthening the organizational and operational capacities of ANCE” funded by the EEA Funds with the Bodossaki Foundation and Solidarity Now as the grant manager, we would like to share with you what we have achieved in these 7 months since the start of the project.
- We have established solid links with other civil society organizations working in the field and together we have updated the needs of different target groups (migrants, refugees, women, elderly, disabled people, etc.)
- We expanded our network by interacting and establishing partnerships with other civil society organizations from EU and accession countries, national and foreign universities, consultancy companies in Greece and abroad
- Re-introduced ourselves to our audience with our new corporate identity
- We upgraded our organizational and operational processes
- We enriched our human capital
- We continue with our ISO 9001:2015 certification and the development of our staff's skills
