Minimum requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in in the Education Sector, particularly in project evaluation;
- Solid experience in sub-Saharan Africa;
- Operational fluency in French, as well as excellent reporting skills;
- Full mastery of the principles and working methods of project cycle management as well as methods of community support;
Specific skills
- Solid knowledge in the implementation of basic education policy;
