new project: BestBonds – extending the competences of adult educators

We are happy to announce ANCE’s participation in one more project funded by Erasmus+ Programme. The project is coordinated by European Youth Centre and it is entitled: new project: BestBonds – extending the competences of adult educators .

Its main goal is to extend and develop the competences of educators and other personnel who support adult learners. The first beneficiaries of this project, therefore, will be the educators of the involved organizations and, in consequence, thanks to what the partnership likes to call the waterfall effect, the learners will receive a better teaching approach.

project will run for 24 months (November 2020-October 2022) and it is : European Youth Centre (PL), ANCE (GR), CCIF Cyprus, DANTE (HR) and Mundus Bulgaria.

[:el]Aνακοινώνουμε με χαρά τη συμμετοχή της ANCE σε ένα ακόμη έργο χρηματοδοτούμενο από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+. Το έργο συντονίζει η οργάνωση European Youth Centre και έχει τίτλο: Νέο έργο: BestBonds – Ενίσχυση Ικανοτήτων των Εκπαιδευτών Ενηλίκων.

Στόχος του έργου είναι η επέκταση και ανάπτυξη των ικανοτήτων των εκπαιδευτικών και του λοιπού προσωπικού που υποστηρίζουν ενήλικες μαθητές. Οι πρώτοι δικαιούχοι αυτού του έργου θα είναι επομένως οι εκπαιδευτικοί των εμπλεκόμενων οργανισμών. Κατά συνέπεια, χάρη σε αυτό που ονομάζεται μοντέλο του καταρράκτη (waterfall effect), οι μαθητές θα λάβουν μια καλύτερη προσέγγιση διδασκαλίας

Το έργο ξεκίνησε το Νοέμβριο 2020 και θα διαρκέσει έως τον Οκτώβριο 2022. Χρηματοδοτείται από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ και υλοποιείται από: European Youth Centre (PL), ANCE (GR), CCIF Cyprus, DANTE (HR) and Mundus Bulgaria.[:]
