Minimum requirements for the expert or Team of experts
- Confirmed experience in infrastructure development in the field of education
- Proven experience in education projects with relevant components on education facilities construction, development and/or rehabilitation in low/middle income countries
- Proven experience in assessing and planning infrastructure/maintenance needs in the education sector in low/middle income countries;
- Proven experience in infrastructure development projects in the education sector in Cambodia will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of EU procedures and in particular procedures applicable to grants. Previous experience in implementing EU contracts will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in leading a team for the identified Team Leader.
- The identified team leader or the proposed expert will be request to have an excellent command of English.
- Working level knowledge of Khmer in the team
