Qualification and Skills:
- At least 12 years of general professional experience in the fields related to the LOT (CAT I)
- At least six (6) years of specific experience in coordination of construction, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of social policies.
- Experience in social protection systems, is desired
- Two (2) specific experiences in social policy in Latin American countries would be an advantage
- At least two (2) specific experiences in similar missions of international cooperation, in particular with the EU or European countries would be an advantage
- At least one (1) professional experience in Paraguay in the field of social policies and in particular social protection would be an advantage
- Minimum experience of six (6) years in management of multidisciplinary teams, including the identification of needs in terms of professional profiles, the elaboration of terms of reference and activities related to the mobilization of technical assistance.
- Fluent in Spanish; Good knowledge of English
