🖇️Wrapping up the workshop ‘Gender Perception: European, National, and Local Perspectives vs. Visions in Countries of Origin’ as part of project VOICE.

🖋️For two days, the participants got the opportunity to engage in cross-cultural dialogue and academic reflection. Led by an expert sociologist, the session explored how gender roles are shaped, perceived, and transformed across different cultural and geographical contexts.
📍The participants took part in a cultural cooking workshop to connect, a genuine team-building experience, allowing all of them to share and appreciate important aspects of their different cultural and culinary traditions in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
📚Then, the participants engaged through a workshop about promoting gender equality and civic participation, with a dedicated focus on the voices of women from migrant and second-generation backgrounds.
Key message is the empowerment of women through valuable perspectives on gender, cultural identity and inclusion.
