Taking advantage of the opportunity given to us through the project ”Strengthening the organizational and operational capacities of ANCE” with the funding from the ERC grants, and always focusing on improving our operational and organizational processes, enhancing the quality of our work and our image, we proceeded with the development of the ANCE Quality Management System model and received the relevant certification.
Thus, since February 2024, our organization has been operating according to the principles and requirements of the international quality standard ISO 9001: 2015 which is an extremely powerful tool for the improvement and competitiveness of our organization.
Always focused on delivering high quality projects with real impact on the lives of the target groups we serve, we continue our work for Positive Change.
The project “Strengthening the organizational and operational capacities of ANCE” is implemented in the framework of the Active citizens fund project, with Athens Network of Collaborating Experts (ANCE) as Project promoter. The €15 million Active citizens fund project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and is part of the European Economic Area (EEA) funding mechanism for the period 2014 – 2021, known as EEA Grants. The project aims to strengthen and enhance the sustainability of civil society and to highlight its role in promoting democratic processes, enhancing citizens’ participation in the public sphere and defending human rights. Αξιοποιώντας την ευκαιρία που μας δόθηκε μέσα από το έργο ”Ενίσχυση των οργανωτικών και επιχειρησιακών ικανοτήτων της ANCE” με τη χρηματοδότηση από τα ΕΕΑ grants, και έχοντας πάντα στο επίκεντρο των ενεργειών μας τη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών λειτουργίας και της οργάνωσής μας, την ενίσχυση της ποιότητας του έργου και της εικόνας μας, προχωρήσαμε στην ανάπτυξη του μοντέλου Συστήματος διαχείρισης ποιότητας της ANCE και λάβαμε και την σχετική πιστοποίηση.
Έτσι, από τον Φεβρουάριο του 2024, η οργάνωσή μας λειτουργεί με βάση τις αρχές και τις απαιτήσεις του διεθνούς πρότυπου ποιότητας ISO 9001: 2015 το οποίο αποτελεί ένα εξαιρετικά ισχυρό εργαλείο για τη βελτίωση και την ανταγωνιστικότητα του φορέα μας.
Με γνώμονα πάντα την υλοποίηση υψηλά ποιοτικών έργων με πραγματικό αντίκτυπο στις ζωές των ομάδων στόχων που εξυπηρετούμε, συνεχίζουμε το έργο μας για τη Θετική αλλαγή.
Το έργο “Ενίσχυση των οργανωτικών και επιχειρησιακών ικανοτήτων της ANCE” υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Active citizens fund, με φορέα υλοποίησης την Athens Network of Collaborating Experts (ANCE).Το πρόγραμμα Active citizens fund, ύψους €15 εκ., χρηματοδοτείται από την Ισλανδία, το Λιχτενστάιν και τη Νορβηγία και είναι μέρος του χρηματοδοτικού μηχανισμού του Ευρωπαϊκού Οικονομικού Χώρου (ΕΟΧ) περιόδου 2014 – 2021, γνωστού ως EEA Grants. Το πρόγραμμα στοχεύει στην ενδυνάμωση και την ενίσχυση της βιωσιμότητας της κοινωνίας των πολιτών και στην ανάδειξη του ρόλου της στην προαγωγή των δημοκρατικών διαδικασιών, στην ενίσχυση της συμμετοχής των πολιτών στα κοινά και στην προάσπιση των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων. Τη διαχείριση της επιχορήγησης του προγράμματος Active citizens fund για την Ελλάδα έχουν αναλάβει από κοινού το Ίδρυμα Μποδοσάκη και το SolidarityNow.
