[:en]On the occasion of the #ErasmusDays 2020, ANCE invited fellow civil society organizations to participate in the photo challenge #UniteThroughCulture.
What we had to do in 4 simple steps:
- Upload a picture on Facebook related to cultural integration (the picture could be either old or new or it could be taken from a project that the participant organizations are implementing),
- Write an inspiring comment,
- Use the hashtags #ErasmusDays #UniteThroughCulture #ANCE and
- Tag two other organizations to do the same from 15 to 17 October 2020.
The current challenge was connected with the project “A new approach on cultural learning for promoting the social inclusion of migrants and refugees” (NEST) that is being implemented by ANCE in the framework of Erasmus+ Programme. #NESTproject is briefly addressing the challenge of social inclusion of migrants and refugees by increasing their knowledge and understanding of the host societies’ cultures. It aims to design and test a new approach on cultural learning, which combines an innovative course with cultural mentoring.

What is #ErasmusDays?
Launched as an initiative of the Erasmus+ French National Agency on the 30th anniversary of Erasmus+, #ErasmusDays consists of a series of bottom-up events organised by various Erasmus+ programme players. Last year, 3 995 events were organised in 53 countries.
At the core of this international celebration is a simple idea: over three specific days, communicate about European values, the benefits of mobility, Erasmus+ projects results, and be visible to citizens, professionals, media and policy makers.

[:el]Με αφορμή τις Ημέρες Erasmus 2020, η ANCE προσκάλεσε οργανώσεις της κοινωνίας των πολιτών να συμμετέχουν στο φωτογραφικό challenge #UniteThroughCulture.
Οι συμμετέχοντες έπρεπε να ακολουθήσουν 4 απλά βήματα:
- Να αναρτήσουν μια φωτογραφία σχετική την πολιτισμική ένταξη (cultural integration),
- Να γράψουν μια λεζάντα /σχόλιο χρησιμοποιώντας τα hashtags #ErasmusDays #UniteThroughCulture #ANCE και
- Να “ταγκάρουν” δυο ακόμα οργανώσεις ώστε να κάνουν το ίδιο από τις 15 έως τις 17 Οκτωβρίου.
Το challenge #UniteThroughCulture συνδέεται με το έργο «Μια νέα προσέγγιση στην πολιτισμική εκπαίδευση για την προώθηση της κοινωνικής ενσωμάτωσης των μεταναστών και προσφύγων» (ακρωνύμιο NEST) που υλοποιείται από την ANCE υπό το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+. Στόχος του έργου είναι η αντιμετώπιση της πρόκλησης της κοινωνικής ενσωμάτωσης των μεταναστών και προσφύγων, ενισχύοντας τις γνώσεις και την κατανόησή τους για τον πολιτισμό των κοινωνιών υποδοχής. Μέσω του #NESTproject θα σχεδιαστεί και θα δοκιμαστεί μια νέα προσέγγιση πολιτισμικής εκπαίδευσης, η οποία θα συνδυάζει την καινοτόμο μάθηση με την πολιτισμική καθοδήγηση.

Τι είναι οι Ημέρες Erasmus;
Οι ημέρες Erasmus ξεκίνησαν ως μια πρωτοβουλία του Γαλλικού Εθνικού Οργανισμού Erasmus+ στην 30ή επέτειο του Προγράμματος Erasmus+. Πρόκειται για μια σειρά εκδηλώσεων που διοργανώνονται από τους δικαιούχους του προγράμματος. Την περσινή χρονιά, διοργανώθηκαν 3.995 εκδηλώσεις σε 53 χώρες.
Η ιδέα αυτής του διεθνούς εορτασμού είναι απλή: για τρεις ημέρες επικοινωνούμε σχετικά με τις ευρωπαϊκές αξίες, τα οφέλη της κινητικότητας, τα αποτελέσματα του έργου Erasmus+ προκειμένου αυτά να γίνουν ορατά σε πολίτες, επαγγελματίες, μέσα ενημέρωσης και φορείς χάραξης πολιτικής.
