🎉We are pleased to announce the release of the official documentary capturing the international youth mobility in Sardinia, Italy!
📚In May 2026, participants and youth workers from Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Jordan, and Türkiye gathered in Sardinia as part of the Erasmus+ project “Be Festive: Exploring Mediterranean Festivities for Cultural Exchange and Youth Empowerment”.
🌿The core focus of the mobility was active engagement with the traditional Sant’Efisio Festival, a major historical celebration on the island. Rather than acting as passive spectators, participants worked as content creators, interviewers, and media production teams. They recorded traditional music, authentic attire, and community customs, capturing the essence of local heritage.
🎬This Sardinian documentary marks the first major media release of the initiative. Having also completed our documentation efforts in Jordan focused on the Jerash Festival of Culture and Arts, the corresponding Jordan documentary, along with additional articles, video reels, and project updates, will be made available very soon.
