(i) Category and duration of equivalent experience
Category I Expert with at least 12 years of experience in the Performance funding of Higher Education Institutions
(ii) Education
At least a Master's Degree in Economics or Finance or a related field.
(iii) General experience
At least 12 years working experience in the field of Financing of Higher Education. Must be able to use ICT in the performance of his/her duties.
(iv) Specific Experience
At least 5 years of working experience in developing models and implementing strategies for funding for Higher Education.
At least 3 years of working experience in performance-funding of Higher Education Institutions.
(v) Language skills
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French is an advantage but not a requirement.
