(i) Category and duration of equivalent experience
Category I Expert with at least 12 years of experience in Training Needs Analysis for the Higher Education Sector.
At least a Master's Degree in Education or Human Resource Management or a related field.
(iii) General Experience
At least 12 years working experience in the field of Training Needs Analysis. Must be able to use ICT in the performance of his/her duties.
(iv) Specific Experience
At least 5 years working experience in preparing and implementing training plans in the Higher Education sector.
(v) Language Skills
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French is an advantage but not a requirement.
