(i) General Experience
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in the sector
- The expert should have substantial experience in the field of evaluations and demonstrated experience in international cooperation projects in West Africa/ Central Africa in this field (health, human rights)
(ii)Specific Experience
- Experience in working in the health sector and health policies, good knowledge of strategies to support health systems
- Experience in working in initiatives for the promotion of human rights, minimum coverage and health rights
- Knowledge of strategies to support health systems through the audio-visual communication and TV
- Experience in working in the intervention area or in similar contexts.
(iv) Language skills
- Knowledge of both spoken and written Portuguese, minimum C1 level (essential)
- Knowledge of local languages, especially Guinea Kriol, will be an added value
