Qualifications and skills required:
- Higher education diploma at Master level (bac +5) in political science, economics, human and social sciences, engineering or any other field relevant to the assignment. In the absence of a relevant diploma, professional experience of at least 15 years will be required.
General professional experience
- At least 12 years of experience, including at least 3 in Morocco.
- At least 2 experiences as a team leader.
Specific professional experience
- At least one relevant experience in change management (strategy, organization and change management)
- At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of sector strategy and / or public strategy
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Morocco
- Knowledge of the youth sector and / or sports and / or culture, with professional experience in Morocco of more than 3 years will be an asset
- Proficiency in French (writing, speaking, reading)
- Very good command of the spoken and written Arabic language will be an asset.
