Radar Guidelines: Understanding hate - oriented communication and tools for anti-hate communication strategies in an intercultural dimension

We have just completed one of our very significant projects on Hate communication!. ANCE, as partner in the project RADAR – Regulating Antidiscrimination and Antiracism, cooperated for two years with organisations and universities in Italy, Poland, Finland, the Netherlands and the UK to equip law enforcement officials, legal professionals with the necessary tools, mainly through open training activities that aimed at facilitating the identification of ‘racial’ motivated hate communication. For this purpose, a communication-based training concept was developed for professionals and for actual or potential hate-crime victims (at national level) and also for trainers (at international level). The project developed learning resources and facilities to offer online learning activities. Furthermore, the project produced a publication with concrete tools, recommendations and best practice examples to facilitate anti-discrimination and anti-racist activities.

This photo shows the concrete results of our project’s work and efforts. Please check our publications on the RADAR Platform http://win.radar.communicationproject.eu/web/. There are versions in all partners countries languages.
